Caterer and the reception venue

Mahirap din maghanap ng caterer and venue for the reception. Renting a place, means paying and additional fee of 15 to 30 (or more) pessssossssessss...

I get to be invited sa wedding ng lahat ng ikinakasal especially here in Letran, most of our photos (Dzune & I) was taken attending a wedding. I remember being in a wedding almost every Saturday of the month (then the following year every Saturday naman sa binyagan he he). So almost every possible venue napuntahan, nakainan ko na. RMC hall, Diamond Hotel, Manila Hotel, Windmills and Rainforest, Teatrillo, Kowloon West, Patio Ibarra, Century Seafood Restaurant, Hotel Intercon, I even attended a wedding reception sa Hard Rock Cafe, at masaya siya! etc. etc. pero what really captured my attention is Villa Immaculada...

The first time I attended a wedding here was when my college classmates, Jaymie & Gayle got married June years ago... Maganda ang place, food was good. At nasabi ko sa sarili ko noon, "when Dzune and I get married maganda dito... gusto ko din dito..."

Naku, ginto pala ang presyo sa rental pa lang ng place...add the 465 pesos per head...O my gulay....hindi yata kaya ng powers namin.....haay....hanap na naman.

Patio Victoria, para sa akin this i the perfect venue pag outdoor. There was one year, na dito ginanap ang Service Awards namin dito sa Colegio. And ofcourse we also made inquiries there. Together with another couple (Grace & Jensen) who are also getting married next year, kakahanap, nakaabot kami sa Illustrado. Ganda ng garden, iniisip ko pag November they start putting up Christmas lanterns, maliwanag at maganda na ang mga puno around it. Tapos ganda din ng setup. At nabanggit din ni Nanay that they like the place (Nanay's words were: "Naka-attend kami ng kasal dun, maganda. Pangarap namin na sana me anak kami na dun maghanda sa kasal.") So, partly nagugustuhan ko na din talaga ang Illustradom until I remembered. Letran's Grand Alumni Homecoming is every 2nd, 3rd Saturday of November at halos lagi umuulan kapag araw na yun. Last year, bagyo pa nga....so I inquired about renting tents sa Illustrado. Garden needs 3 tents, costs about 13k! Grabe 13k....

13k....sa Villa Immaculada na lang ako, secured pa na merong bubong umulan man or hindi. Today, we paid the reservation fee sa Tamayo's Catering for service on November 23, 2005 at Villa Immaculada....everything is falling into place now....
